Welcome to September 2022 Jackson County and Josephine County A.A. Newsletter. Thank you for subscribing.
Each month, this newsletter reaches roughly 500 members of A.A. in the Rogue Valley and Northern California. I would like to believe that of all these members, a few of them have a story or two to share about their road to recovery and/or adventures in sobriety. I’m also sure that some of you may have an A.A.-oriented joke to share. Either way, I’m asking for your help. Please contact me via email by simply replying. If you have a recovery story to share, or a joke, a drawing, or anything A.A.-oriented, please email me @ [email protected]. I really would love to hear from you.
Anyway, in this issue, aside from great stories about making amends and the Promises, you will read about an inmate from Mill Creek Group of A.A., at the Oregon State Penitentiary in Salem, Oregon, who lives his life a day at a time, asking God to be the master-builder of his life. Our friend asks God to show him and encourages us to ask God how to build a solid foundation for the “house” of our life … in just Twelve Steps.
Fellow A.A.s, I hope you enjoy this edition of the newsletter. As always, I pray for each and every one of you. May God always bless and protect you. May He smile on you and be gracious to you. May He show you His favor and give you His peace all the days of your life.
Have a beautiful day.
Sincerely, your friend,
Winslow C.
